Strategy
As part of a holistic growth strategy, company acquisitions for horizontal or vertical expansion of the business are often a real success booster. Sepp Holding supports entrepreneurs in the search and examination of takeover candidates and provides the necessary capital. In addition, Sepp Holding takes over the entire acquisition process and supports the subsequent integration.

Sepp Holding Swiss is a very active investment company. In the sectors where we currently do not have a buy-and-build platform, we are looking for companies or business opportunities with the following criteria:

Typical situations: succession, management buy-out, owner buy-out (partial sale with the owner continuing to run the business), partial sale of corporate divisions, implementation of a buy-and-build strategy, management buy-in, growth financing, turn-around

In the sectors where we are already active with a platform, our investment criteria are even broader: revenues of any size (also below € 1 and above 150 million sales) and situation (not (very) profitable, turnarounds, growth financing, complicated and special situations.
We are already active with buy-and-build platforms and is therefore also looking for smaller and less profitable companies as acquisitions. In addition, we examine investment, trade and turnaround opportunities in other sectors as well, especially within the energy and commodities trade sectors.
